Calling all other bloggers that participated in the BBC Blogday thing on Radio Scotland.
I’ve just realised that I was told I’d get a CD of the show to keep and cherish forever and ever. Alas, I never did. I need a recording of it to prove to my future children that ‘Daddy’s big moment’ isn’t just another bedtime tall story.
Can anyone help? A mammoth low-quality mp3 would do fine.
Oh, and I’ll maybe be needing a guest blogger for a week, too. I don’t care who it is.
That is all.

Regular readers may remember that my dog has found a new trick and that is tipping up the kitchen bin to find scraps of food, making a terrible mess. She only ever does this when no-one is around, which makes catching her very difficult.
Things we’ve tried are putting the bin outside, (Tricky in these high winds we’ve been having) and barricading the bin in with chairs and things, (A hassle when you’re running for the train every day, like I am).
This morning I had a bit more time, so I tried a different tact. I left by the back-door as usual and said goodbye the the dog. I then went round to the front of the house and let myself in.
Strange - no barking. She always barks when someone makes a noise at the front door.
I go to the kitchen and sure enough - there she is with her head inside the bin, lid all knocked off!

Dog got the fright of her life - she knows it’s wrong and she knew straight away that she’d been rumbled. She was yelled at in a manner that probably caused concern among neighbours and if she does it again today, I’ll be surprised.
I’ll repeat the performance tomorrow, perhaps leaving a little longer between going out and coming in.
And for those concerned that there is a dog somewhere in the Glasgow area sobbing from the shame of a severe telling off, I still had time to make up with her before I left. She even got a b-i-s-c-u-i-t.
